Responsibilities:
~ Plan and execute all Web / Mobile, SEO / SEM, PPC, and digital advertising campaigns
~ Launch optimised online adverts to increase brand awareness, promotions, and new services
~ Oversee multiple digital marketing projects
~ Analyse social media and PPC campaign performances and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns such as reach, interactions, and ROI
~ Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation and others)
~ Provide creative ideas for marketing content, website updates, products, and video marketing
~ Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
~ Acquire insights on online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
~ Proactively look for business opportunities to expand company sales
~ Assist the management on measurement of marketing and customer related metrics such as sales and patients trend analysis, spending patterns, and others
~ Analyse and prepare reports on performance and promotion success. Prepare presentation slides for proposals or ad reports
~ Carry out other duties as may be required by the Manager
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree
· At least 3 years of working experience in digital and social media marketing or related field
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
· Staying abreast with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
· Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within a team
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude, and a good team player

· Resourceful, creative, and mature
· Good attitude, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team
Skills:
· In depth knowledge of WeChat, WhatsApp, email blast, Google SEO, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok marketing.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
· Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram Ads, and others)
· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and others)
· Logical thinking skills and creative mindset are required
· Ability to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to multitask
