Job SummaryTo devise and execute effective Marketing & Sales strategies to achieve project's Business Plan goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo carry out market research, competitor analysis and leads profiling to supplement business decisions.
To work closely with Architects and artist renderers to develop computer generated images (CGIs) related to the project.
To brief and manage creative agencies on development of A&P materials related to project and products.
To assist in development of project website and ongoing social media management.
To plan, coordinate and execute marketing and sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshow, exhibition etc to deliver sales target.
To assist on any other works relating to marketing & sales functions such as but not limited to management reporting, liaison with agencies/suppliers/solicitors/bankers/authorities.
To undertake necessary application or renewal of Developer's License (DL) and Advertisement & Sale Permit (AP) and maintain up to date reporting adhering to authority requirements.
Eg.
HIMS and others.
To comply, adhere to and execute all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
To coordinate inter/intra-department and external work flow in order to achieve timely completion of marketing deliverables.
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
QualificationsCandidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field.
Skills & AbilitiesProficient in English & BM (oral and written).
At least 3-year experience in similar role.
Good computer literacy.
Good working knowledge of property marketing.
Strong Market Data Awareness.
Flexible to frequent travelling/ open to be short-based in Penang when required.
Work well independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Possess a valid driving license.
