**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Who you are:**
You will be primarily responsible for the project service request management, delivery status reporting and financial forecasting, reporting and analysis. This position develops and makes the day to day operations more efficient.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Expert demonstrated skill set of Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, R2R) processes in scope; Includes review of process/participation in client reviews etc
+ Ensure SLAs met on timelines and Accuracy
+ Co-ordinates Work assignments & review work in progress and deliver service as per SLA
+ Ensure proper financial treatment of team's transactions
+ Maintain Sound Internal Control Environment
+ Lead Special Projects and Manage customer expectations
+ Ensure excellent feedback for the process
+ Systematically identify, analyze and solve issues and problems to reach optimal solutions in a timely manner
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ 10-12 years of relevant work experience in Finance & Admin BPO, Customer Services Project Delivery & Execution, outsourcing projects, managing external clients or any other industry in accounting fields.
+ Ability to Support efforts to identify ways to maximize revenue and/or minimize costs through sound executions of project management processes
+ By using knowledge of process, proactively identify areas of concern to the Project Management team
+ Perform assigned tasks within defined schedule and in accordance with established procedures and guidance
+ Managing the business process flows and also do the business development for long term relationship with clients
+ Business knowledge and acumen
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skill
+ Strong priority setting, initiative and follow-through especially in clients management
+ Good English communication skills in verbal & written
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ Experienced in Finance and Accounting (Procure to Pay, O2C, R2R) procedures and delivery, processes in scope
+ Lead all process related activities including interaction with vendors,
+ Account Payable (Invoice processing, TNE, Helpdesk) experience (Procurement experience preferred along with Account Payable experience)
