Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
At least 3 years relevant working experience.
Able to handle full set of accounts.
Candidate with experiencesin property development industry/real estate agencies/HDA will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge ofSQL accountingsoftware; Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Good in documentation and filing.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible and reliable.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
Location: Kota Damansara (Walking distance from MRT Surian Station)
Job Scopes:
Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters.
Assist in audit and tax preparation.
Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, bankers, suppliers, etc.
Maintain journal entries, analyses and inter-company accounts.
Effectively and efficiently resolve problems/matters internally and externally to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
Perform day to day accounting operations.
Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Prepare cash flow budget, yearly/monthly budget (Senior Executive level).
Ability to groom team members based on updated financial skills and knowledge (Senior Executive level).
