ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
Prepare and update daily bank reconciliation and cash position reports.
Forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements.
Execute fund transfers between bank accounts as needed.
Banking & Payment OperationsProcess payments, including check payments, trade loans, and forex transactions.
Manage petty cash transactions and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely settlement of financial obligations (loans, FD placements, withdrawals).
Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Perform forex checking and booking for international transactions.
Monitor exchange rates and update currency book rates (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, SGD).
Manage fixed deposits (FD) and sinking funds.
Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly cash flow statements.
Maintain and update bank borrowing listings.
Track finance costs and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Risk, Compliance & Company Secretarial MattersEnsure compliance with banking, financial, and corporate governance regulations.
Prepare and submit statutory filings with regulatory bodies.
Draft and manage secretary resolutions for financial matters.
Assist in the preparation of board meeting minutes and other company secretarial documents.
Maintain and update statutory records, including company registrations and annual filings.
Insurance ManagementPrepare insurance renewal proposals.
Check with insurance agents for quotations on new items to be insured.
Other DutiesAssist in ad hoc projects and assignments as requested by management.
Support internal process improvements related to treasury and corporate governance.
Any other duties assigned by the superior.
Skills/Knowledge/Additional RemarksBachelor's Degree in Finance.
Required SkillsStrong knowledge of cash flow management, banking operations, forex transactions, and financial risk management.
Preferred SkillsProficiency in financial reporting, reconciliation, corporate governance, and compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
