Senior Finance Officer

Job Description Job Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management account and analysis for management.
Assist to provide monthly finance closing data to accounting team.
Responsible to daily work of financial sector.
Supervise and review subordinate's work to ensure timely submission of management accounts.
Prepare group weekly cash flow for management.
Monitor and manage projection of cashflow (daily/monthly).
Monitoring fund/application of fund and ensure sufficient of fund for company operation.
Perform daily entry into system regarding to collection/payment.
Monitor daily bank balance and prepare monthly reconciliation.
Monitor and oversee AP and AR.
Analysis of income statement, monthly report comment.
Monitor monthly cash flow and plan for investment.
Quarterly Bank Negara report submission.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
Knowledge of basic accounting and general account standard is necessary for this post.
A minimum of 3 years experiences in related field.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of system and database management.
Good command of both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office
