Responsibilities
Spearhead and develop creative direction of marketing and branding campaigns together with other functional teams.
Ideate, propose and execute creative strategies to increase efficiency of assets across all channels.
Manage creative projects independently with little supervision and assistance.
Identify problems together with the Marketing Teams, Graphic Designers, or the Country General Manager by coming up with creative solutions.
Collaborate closely with other functional teams to achieve business objectives and company goals.
Conduct creative A/B testings and experiments to increase effectiveness of assets across all channels.
Improve teamwork efficiency by implementing and recommending better internal processes.
Adopt design and marketing strategies or trends in-house fast.
Create and design digital onsite, social, offline, ad sales and video assets.
Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline.
Advise marketing collaborators on design strategies to reach a particular target audience.
Requirements
Proficient knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry
Min. 4-5 years of working experience in the related field
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Art / Design / Multimedia / Visual Communication or equivalent
Proficient in English (spoken & written)
Proficient in digital and print collaterals
Strong project management skills
Video editing skills will be an added advantage
Proficient in Adobe Creative Software (Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Able to work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast paced environment
Good communication skills, discipline, hardworking, detail oriented, high dedication and care for the business
