Expectations and Tasks
Strategic Alignment:Partner with HR leaders on consulting engagements to ensure that HR strategies and technology roadmaps are aligned with SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions.
Leading Practices and Benchmarking:Utilize SAP's leading practices to help customers unlock new opportunities for their HR functions.
Process Mapping & Documentation:Develop clear process maps and document essential requirements for optimized processes.
Employee-Centric Design:Work alongside HR teams to build customer-centric processes, fostering a meaningful employee experience.
Industry Insight:Keep a pulse on emerging HR trends and best practices.
Continuous Improvement:Contribute to evolving SAP's leading practices to ensure solutions remain effective.
Education and Qualifications
Consulting Expertise:5-8 years of experience in consulting, with deep proficiency in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Professional Services Experience:Prior experience in a professional services setting is highly valued.
HR Knowledge:Strong grasp of HR principles and practices.
Consulting Leadership:Experience leading workshops and guiding stakeholders.
Exceptional Communication:Cantonese and English speaking with clear communication skills.
