Details of the offer

- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent - Required Languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. - Min 3 years working experience in similar capacity preferably from construction industry - Willing to work in Pontian - Well versed in local labour legislation and Income Tax Regulations - Well versed in MS Office and Payroll software - Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decision based on accurate and timely analyses - Hands-on and proactive management style - Process high level of integrity, meticulous, self-driven and able to work under tight deadlines and under pressure - Able to work independently and multi-tasking in a fast pace working environment Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits - Ensure and responsible for full spectrum of payroll (payout, statutory requirement and compliance to the local labour requirement - Liaise with government bodies on all statutory requirements and monthly payment submission such as EPF/SOCSO and etc. - Adhere to payroll policies and procedures at all times - To manage time attendance system and leave management system - Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation and etc) - Plan, organize & translate Company's goal and strategies into specific HR policies and procedures - Work closely with HR Manager pertaining to Compensation & Benefits HR Operations and Administration - To prepare HR statistic reports for monthly meeting - Update and maintain all staff records/data prepare HR letters on timely manner - Work pass applications for foreign new hires (including renewal and cancellation) - Ensure HR policies and SOPs are effectively communicated and implemented, to support Company's business strategies and goals - General administration task and any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned. Recruitment & Selection - Handle recruitment process including screening CVs, participate carer fair, arrange & conduct interviews - Provide orientation for newly joined employees Learning & Development - Identify training needs, sourcing appropriate training programs, coordinate talent development and training evaluation - Carry out New staff induction training and other relevant HR training - Participation in development and implementation of the HR strategies and action plans to ensure the skills, knowledge and attitude of staff are developed in line with business strategies Employee Relations/ Performance Management - Handle employee and industrial relation matters including staff grievances, disciplinary issues and to provide counselling and coaching. - Administer and monitor staff performance, annual KPIs exercise - Maintain utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee personal records Benefits: Medical >
