Position: Senior Human Resource Executive.Salary: RM 4000-5000.Location: Shah Alam. Our client is part of local conglomerate, a premier water and wastewater engineering company with more 20 years of market presence in the utilities and infrastructure business. Currently they are seeking an experienced HR professional to helm the group's HR portfolio.This is a permanent position that will be based at their corporate group head office at Shah Alam. You will be required to work on a 5-day weekly basis, Monday to Friday 8.30 am-5.30 pm.Job DescriptionAs Senior Executive, you will be reporting to the Group MD. You will primarily responsible for all HR functions of the Group. Your key responsibilities will be to manage all aspects of generalist HR functions and you will assist with the development, implementation and administration of human resource programs, policies, processes and procedure designed to attract, retain and reward employees on the project. Part of your responsibility will be to undertake IR issues such as employee investigations, grievance resolution, performance management, disciplinary and separation process. Broad area of responsibilities:-Manage HR administration for a team of approximately 100 employees, consisting of technical and non-technical staff.-Supervise payroll administration.-Provide HR support across the business to all staff.-Administer and implement HR policies and procedures.Candidate profile and attributes-Malaysian, preferably female in age group 28-40.-Bachelor degree in HR Management & Administration or Business Administration.-At least 5 years experience in HR generalist role, preferably in engineering or construction industry environment.-As de facto head of HR portfolio, you must possess in depth knowledge of employment law and comprehensive employee relations -Possess and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Employment Act and current HR practices in Malaysia.-Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.-Conversant in BM and Mandarin.-Good knowledge of IT applications.-Possess outgoing and confident personality and be flexible and able to deal with all levels of people across the business.
