Founded in 2017, we have grown to a team of 700+ employees across the globe Headquartered in London, UK, our offices and presence are spread across Europe, Asia, North & South Africa, Middle East and South America, with our Technology hub located in Cyprus We are a product and people focused company who are passionate about growth, innovative technology, and collaboration What you'll be doing Report to the Head of HR and work closely with the business leaders for all-rounded Human Resources functions Act as a key HR Business Partner; Initiate and implement HR strategies and policies to cope with business growth Manage the end to end performance management cycle and set up SMART KPIs Develop effective work procedure to ensure work efficiency Design and implement an effective performance management system across the Malaysia region Support the Head of Human Resources in HR initiatives such as HR policy formulation and employee engagement Collaborate with HR Specialist to maintain and utilize HRIS usage Review and develop proper workflow of HR department to ensure work efficiency Requirements What you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field 5+ years or above experience in HR generalist and HRBP role.
Solid knowledge of Malaysia employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements Proactive, collaborative, influential people manager at all levels with good communication and interpersonal skill.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
