Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring manager to define job requirements, qualifications and skills for open positions.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media and networking.
Review and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for further evaluation.
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and participate in panel interviews and other assessment methods, as needed.
Evaluate candidates using a combination of behavioral-based interviewing techniques, skills assessments, and reference checks.
Provide guidelines and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including making recommendations and facilitating the decision-making process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing candidates' inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies, employer branding, and onboarding processes.
