Senior Interior Designer

-To produce design developments works as space planning, concept drawings, 3D perspective based on client requirements. 


-To have related experience in interior design of commercial project and able to works closely with clients 


-Hardworking, self motivated with good interpersonal, able to works closely with client, project team, consultant and vendors. 


-Estimate materials requirements and budget and provide design solutions to obtain approval from client. 


-Able to handle ad-hoc tasks and deliver the design drawings or information on time based on site progress.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Architecture and Design or equivalent.


-Required skill(s): 3D Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCAD and Sketch Up.


-At least 3 to 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 


-Required language(s): English, Malay and Mandarin.


-Good communication and listening skills able to understand client requirements and expectation.


-Self-motivated and responsible with good working attitude.


-Possess own transport.
