Job Description

Location: Bangsar
Job Scope:
• Responsible for day to day operation and maintenance of Linux servers and vSphere-based virtualization environment
• Participate in infrastructure implementation project, lead/co-lead team members in ensuring successful project delivery
• Lead and implement virtualization setup / implementation projects, including P2V / V2V
• Plan and perform system maintenance, OS and security patches
• Troubleshoot and report system incident/problems and anomalies
• Create and maintain operational documentation and reports
• Setup IT policies, standard operating procedures, change management to ensure standardized environments
• Create/build and maintain scripts to automate the support of Linux based servers
• Provide technical advice and provide coaching to junior team members
• Manage vendor in day to day operation and infrastructure projects

Requirement

Requirements:
- Education Background : Degree in IT/Computer Engineering/Engineering or other technical fields
- Experience : 5 years Linux OS Admin/support experience
- Require Skill : Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux & Ubuntu, Bash Scripting
