OS is a leader in special applications such as infrared components for smartphones or autonomous driving. Your new responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Process/ Maintenance engineering team and production support for Lithography & Metrology
- Drive to meet/exceed KPIs(Quality, Cost & Speed) as per Honshin Kanri targets
- Process/Equipment optimization, on key input variable control for critical process control. Lead and ensure the robustness of processes/equipments with Line of Defense (LOD), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Fast detection system and other problem solving/improvement tools.
- Work closely with Frontend Processs Development and Processs Integration Engineering to help define process solutions on products.
- Lead process, equipment & technology transfers to meet company targets in supporting production ramp
- Lead Process/Equipment FMEA, risk assessment of process/equipment changes, with proper process change management via PPCM
- Manage overall documentation, certification & compliance of procedure in assigned functional areas according to quality standard & customer requirements
- Guide, Coach and Develop Senior & above Engineer as part of succession planning in the team What we look for
- At least a degree or master's degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Microelectronics/ Materials/Chemistry / Physics
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of working experience in Semiconductor industries with Lithography/Metrology exposure.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience managing technical function
- Advance knowledge in semiconductor Lithography & Metrology processes is required
- Experienced in FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, APC, SPC, OEE, Coaching & Mentoring
- Familiar with Words, Excel, PPT, Power BII
- Fluent in English/Malay language(verbal & writing)
