Job Description

- Responsible for overall Engineering function of SMT operation, covering all processes and equipment related activities (including machineries, jigs and fixtures maintenance that support SMT Operations).
- Evaluate SMT process and placement CMK and CPK by studying machine parameter setting.
- Responsible for New SMT lines, new machinery, jig and tool fabrication, ordering, installation and release for production
- Define SMT process according to HSE norms requirement on work safety, fire and environmental protection
- Plan and execute SMT Corrective and Preventive Maintenance concept and schedule
- Plan machines and SMT line technical capacities in production floor. Develop and train Engineers to improve technical competencies.
- Plan and manage production floor space utilization. Optimize and improve machine cycle time, line balancing to maximize the machine utilization
- Responsible for Internal Defect Cost and Machines Utilization performance.
- Develop and train Engineers to Improve technical competencies
- Interact and collaborate with counterparts from MFT3 (CoC) and other Bosch locations to obtain good exchange of experiences and technical knowhow.
- To evaluate staff performance with goal setting in line with department goal.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 5 years leadership experiences and project experiences.
- Experiences in SMT machine technical and SMT process knowhow.
- Good in FMEA, DOE, SPC, CMK, CPK knowledge.
- Strong in data analysis problem solving skill.
- Dependable and conscientious in work performance.
