Job Description Job Role As a Mixologist, you shall be responsible for serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons. You are also responsible for ensuring that their bars run smoothly and efficiently.

Serve beer and wine, make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktails.
Entertain guests while mixing drinks, talking to customers about spirits and offering trivia and history about various alcohols to keep customers engaged and enjoying themselves.
Ensure that bars are stocked with glasses, garnishes, drink mixes and ice
Responsible for keeping the bar well stocked and fully supplied with alcohol, and for filling out inventory forms in order to replace items as needed.
Suggest cocktails and mixed drinks to customers who are unsure about what they want to order.
Keeping the bar neat and clean.
To set up bars before they open and perform closing procedures at the end of business hours.
To take part in serving duties when the outlet is busy.
Working with F&B Manager in the creation of cocktails, mocktails and other beverages.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Mixologist or senior bartender in hotels/fine dining/entertainment outlets.
Willing to work on public holidays, on shfit and weekends.
Friendly personalities and good customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine and beer as well as mixes and garnishes.
