As the customer service officer, you will need to be able to reply to customer chats in a timely and polite manner while ensuring that the Service Level Agreements of the marketplace chats are met. Responsibilities:
- Managing customer support via phone, email and online chat in a professional manner
- Key liaison with internal stakeholders (Logistics, eCommerce and Finance) to ensure timely communication
- Maintain high store ratings and excellent reviews on eCommerce stores through excellent customer service
- Maintain good relationship and positive engagement with brands
- Manage the online channels on a day-to-day basis
- Assist with order management and processing
- Assist with the day-to-day operation
- Assist with monthly reporting to management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Basic understanding of the E-commerce ecosystem.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge in eCommerce channel management
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
- Highly customer-oriented
