Senior Operation Executive

Job Description Main Responsibilities: Manages and monitor all activities in the curation and maintenance of database, database marketing and etc
Capable to perform Management Decision independently
Capable to assign duties and responsibilities to respective team leaders and make sure the effectiveness of tasks completed
To ensure the effectiveness of the standard policies being implemented consistently and adhered to the fulfillment of the client' satisfaction
To carry out operations? continuous improvement activities
To conduct operations meetings, review performances, carry out problem solving activities and resolve all issues to make sure effective operations are being carried out while meeting standard quality requirements
To manage and monitor budgeted cost of operations and cost of quality
To communicate and coordinate effectively with team leaders in solving any quality issues internally and externally
To participate in every new project development activities
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail, issue/problem resolution skills
Computer literacy with MS Office applications
A positive and motivated attitude
Ability to work independently, make decisions and recommendations within authorized limitations
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently
Education/Experience
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce or equivalent
Minimum?4-5 years?of working experience in the related field
Preferebly with experience in project management, including cross-functional projects (complete lifecycles)
