Job Description

- To process monthly Indonesiapayroll operations by preparing the recon, journal and headcount reports.
- To provide payroll information by answering queries and requests to agencies.
- To liaise with payroll vendor for any queries and issues
- To liaise with government bodies requirement such as Tax, Jamsostek and ensuring compliance to statutory rules and regulation and its contribution timely remitted.
- To maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- To assist in preparing master file for HFM reporting, utilisation report, leave provision report and the Procurement Saving Initiative
- To perform task as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in Payroll Function especially one where a business in a strong period of growth across all functions.
