Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Description Job Description: Manage and lead both online and offline marketing campaign, event and promotion initiatives for our servicing clients.
Executing SEM, PPC as well as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Display Advertising.
Capable of determining key metrics, constantly reduce operational costs, and measure the success of performance strategies and market through various channels and segment database working large marketing data sets.
Manage the marketing survey or report preparing to support the analysis activities.
Propose and manage marketing research project to generate customer insight in supporting marketing strategy.
Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance.
Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI?s.
Identify marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition ? with an implement, test, and measure mind-set
Optimising campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
Discussion with creative team within the designated territories in generating artwork design for marketing campaign, event or activities
Write content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages
Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
Build and run A/B tests across landing pages and the homepage
Develop strategic customer segmentation and target audience analysis to support the marketing initiative of the company.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
-Required skill(s): Performance marketing skill set, Google analytic, Google AdSense, Wix.com and WordPress
At least 2+ years of professional experience doing mainly PPC-advertising either in an agency or in-house
Experience in forming and leading team.
Hand on experience in executing PPC advertising
Good knowledge in SEO, use of Google AdSense, SEMrush or whichever marketing analytics software, programmatic ad tool for social media channel and website channel.
Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypotheses with data
Proficiency in using WordPress, Wix.com and understand CSS language

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Able to detect problem and find solvent independently with minimal supervision.
Good in writing, editing and communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
