What you’ll achieve As a Senior Product Designer you will be part of a group of talented Designers, Engineers and others in related Design roles who manage products and solutions involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of exceptional product experiences. Your role is multi-disciplinary, delivering value in the form of design decisions. You lead design; to understand and empathize with people to help your cross-functional team solve customer and business problems. You won't be working alone. As a member of a centralized design team for Dell Digital, you'll receive guidance and mentorship from design leaders in our mission to ship world-class digital commerce products. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Very Strong communication and stakeholder management User Interview Scripts, Prioritization Techniques, Empathy Maps, User Journey, Lean Experiments, Interaction States, Interaction Models, Information Architecture, Paired Programming or HTML Prototyping, Content Models Hypothesis Writing, High Fidelity Prototyping, Visual Brand Identity, Visual Style Guide, Micro-interactions, Component Libraries, Front-End Development Feasibility, Front-End Development Fundamentals (CSS, HTML, JS), Writing (Grammar, Spelling, Punctuation), Writing Style Guide, Writing Brand Identity.
