Job Description

We are currently looking for individuals who are dedicated, passionate and committed to join our team in Penang, Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

???????Project management of product development.

???????To develop and/or conceptualize based on clients' requirements and specifications.

???????Liaise with R&D Team & clients to produce drawings/mechanical solutions.

???????Involve in materials localization project. Work closely with vendors from conceptual discussion & specification up till material qualification, purchase/fabrication stage.

???????Support NPI project to mass production.

???????Develop project documentation such as drawings, BOM, technical specifications, operations and maintenance manual.

???????Drive continuous product improvement & cost reduction.

???????Perform technical support & problem solving on product complaints.

???????Ad-hoc job duties assigned by department manager.

Education, Skills and Qualities:

???????A minimum of an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

???????At least 5-8 years of working experience in product development & management.

???????Experience in plastic mold design is preferred.

???????Proficient in using Autocad/Solidworks.

???????Required languages: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.

???????Good interpersonal skills and team orientated.

?? Technical support and/or NPI experience is an added advantage.
