Senior Product Engineer

Job Description Job Description: ? To monitor and analyze yield trend and take/recommend proactive measures to avoid any potential product related issues.
? Plan and execute product cost reduction and tester capacity improvement projects in his/her portfolio
? Participate in the new product development (including EBR support), Qualification of test package (from BU) and its transfer to manufacturing.
? Responsible for product characterization and qualification of changes.
? Creates, maintains and revises manufacturing documentations (48A, BOM and bonding diagram specifications, etc.).
? Supports product transfer.
? Take ownership to work with cross functional team to resolve customer quality issues.
? Performs other duties as required by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
? A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
? Test development experience is an added advantage.
? Solid understanding on PMIC devices and other analogue products.
? Familiar with analog tester platforms such as ETS300, ETS88, ETS364, ETS800, Credence ASL1000, PowerTech 8100 and DTS.
? With minimum 5 years relevant experience as a Product/Test Engineer.
? A team player with initiative with a keen sense of responsibility and urgency.
? Good communication skills.
