Pre-qualification of tenderers: source and identify suitable tenderers, evaluate and recommend tenderers to participate in the tender as per the tender programme.
Cost analysis: review pretender estimates, analyse tenders submitted, and conduct elemental cost analysis for building and infrastructure works.
Carry out cost economic study of alternative specifications and designs.
Review tender and contract documents.
Assist in coordination of procurement exercises, which include calling of tender, reviewing tender reports, attending tender interviews, negotiating, and finalising awards.
Review and rationalise rates.Post Contract StageCarry out site valuation and process interim progress claims on a monthly basis.
Review quotations or claims for variation works submitted by contractors.
Review final accounts.
Monitor contractual status.
Assist in cost control by monitoring and evaluating RFVs.
Assist in preparation of financial statements.OthersPrepare quotation documents for minor works and new works.
Collate and compile cost data reports.
Comply with and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.
Any other duties assigned by Management.QualificationsDegree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Technology.Skills & AbilitiesCosting, estimating, knowledge of pre and post contract activities.Expected Minimum Years Of Experience5 years#J-18808-Ljbffr
