Job Descriptions:
- Monitor and supervise other agents.
- Guide and mentoring other agents.
- Present Listings for the company.
- Negotiate contracts for Buyer and Sellers.
- Actively produce new business opportunity to the agency.
- Flexible working hours.
- Attractive overriding incentive offered to experienced agents.
- Conduct seminars and training sessions for sales agent improve sales technique.

Job Specifications:
