Senior Sales Coordinator

Description :Responsible for the smooth operation of after-market sales.Attend to customers' enquiries – local and inter-company via telephone and Emails.Prepare and reply e-mail on quotation and orders enquiries.Check stock and give correct part numbers with store personnel and / or engineering department.Liaise with the Supply Chain and Production department for price and availability of parts and feedback to customers.Process confirmed orders and update the system, including checking the price for inter—company orders.
Process orders for machine and circulate to all personnel concerned.Input and update orders to SysproMonitor orders to ensure timely delivery.Prepare dispatch list for logistics delivery, checking of the stock availability and bin location and do the transferring of goods.Do filing for all – quotation, orders as well as machine orders.
Ensure all Delivery Orders issued are invoiced and filed accordingly.Weekly report on First Pass Availability, Backlog and CBE for the Parts Business?Monitor and Manage Parts Warehouse Inventories
