Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager

-Strategise and set goals for the team.

-Be able to walk the talk independently, and guide and advise the team on:
 

-Achieving personal targets and assist the team to achieve group target for extra incentives.

-Sign up merchant brands in FandB, Retail, Entertainment, Health and Beauty, and E-Commerce.

- 

-Close deals faster via Email / Calls / WhatsApp / FB / Zoom. Travel is optional unless necessary.

- 

-Negotiate for best offers persuasively and tactfully.

- 

-Cross-sell and upsell various financial products and marketing services.

- 

-Maintain good relationships with merchants and provide excellent service at all times.

-

-At least 10 years' experience in Sales and Marketing/Business/Telemarketing or relevant field.

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field. 

-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese. 

-Required Skill(s): Ms office.

-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales/ Business Development or equivalent.
