We have a great opportunity to join our clients rapidly growing team.

They are looking for an outstanding performer, who has experience working within a sales agency and continually hitting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role as you will be expected to build strong working relationships with clients and other departments.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

- Arranging and carrying out viewings.

- Representing vendors in negotiations with prospective purchasers and following any resulting sales closely through to completion.

- Managing and maintaining applicant and contact records in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

- Offer transactional advice as and when required and always in a professional and attentive manner.

- Accompanying the Head of Department to pitches when required.

- Handling daily applicant enquiries from websites, calls and walk-ins.

- Working closely with other departments and companies to utilise contacts and maximise cross selling opportunities.

- Supporting the Head of Department in day to day activities in order to efficiently manage workloads and maximise income and profit.

- Ensuring clear and proactive communication with all related personnel to ensure client relations are managed with an exceptional level of customer service.

Skills Required to be successful in this position:

- Strong knowledge of the Camden and Kentish Town markets would be an advantage.

- Good understanding of the legislations of residential sales.

- Excellent sales skills. Must possess the ability to hit and exceed revenue targets.

- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships at all levels of seniority.

- Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.

Person Specification:

- Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of reaching/exceeding targets.

- No previous industry experience necessary. However, the ideal candidate will preferably have good local knowledge.

- Articulate and well spoken with excellent communication and influencing skills.

- Disciplined and well organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.

- Must possess the ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
