Description Act as Senior SAP consultant accountable for SAP roll out, implementation and support on Sales and Distribution modules. SAP Implementation Services: ? Manages and lead project team in the area of SAP rollout and implementation ? Executes Project tasks for SAP projects e.g. review business blueprint, gap analysis, configuration of SAP ? Maintains project documentation according to Conti Tire IT standards ? Report project status to Tire management team SAP Support Services: ? Analyzes SAP system issues and provide independent solutions and seek assistance when required ? Provides SAP system support to business users. Demonstrate how the business processes relates to the SAP system ? Monitor and attend to service tickets available in Service desk tools SAP Knowledge Management: ? Conducts relevant SAP training to IT team members ? Develop and maintain SAP training materials and business process documentations for IT internal training IT Service Management: ? Collects, provides and update key IT service measurement statistics as and when required ? Ensure Key IT service measurement is achieve target and above Qualifications
- Master's Degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or related field
- Minimum 7 years of IT or Industry work experience.
- Minimum 5 years relevant SAP experience.
- Minimum 3 years working in Sales processes related environment
- Worked as Project Manager leading team of at least 3 team members.
