Senior Software Developer & Technical Lead

Salary:RM 8K - RM 12K
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions across web and system applications.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to build well-integrated applications.
Conductcode reviews, unit testing, and performance optimizations .
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full-stack of applications.
Technical LeadershipServe as the go-to person for technical decision-making and best practices.
Provide mentorship to junior developers and oversee technical architecture.
Define software development standards, processes, and tools for the team.
Work closely withQA engineersto improve testing automation and code quality.
Coordinate withbusiness analyststo translate requirements into technical solutions.
DevOps & Infrastructure ManagementManage and improveCI/CD pipelinesto ensure smooth deployment processes.
Overseecloud infrastructure , server hosting, and application scalability (AliCloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ensure systemsecurity, penetration testing, and data protectioncompliance.
Troubleshootserver issues, deployment failures, and infrastructure bottlenecks .
Automate repetitive infrastructure and deployment tasks where possible.
Managedomain registration, DNS configurations, and SSL certificates .
Job RequirementsTechnical Skills:
Strong proficiency inbackend development(Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar).
Experience infrontend development(React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar).
Strong understanding ofsoftware architecture and API development .
Database management experience ( SQL & NoSQL, indexing, and optimization ).
Hands-on experience withDevOps tools(Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Strong understanding ofsecurity best practices, authentication, and data protection .
Experience withmonitoring/logging tools(ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
Familiarity withcloud services(AWS, Azure, GCP) andinfrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strongproblem-solvingskills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellentcommunication and collaborationskills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
Self-driven,adaptable , and able tomanage prioritiesin a fast-paced environment.
