Implement software solutions for infrastructure and train related programs.
Job Description

Design, implement and debug communication interface (TCI) embedded software. The software development include application, communication protocol, BSP, and driver development.

Perform requirements, design and code reviews.

Perform unit and component integration tests.

Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability, scalability, reliability and performance of the source code.

Integrate and validate new product designs.

Provide MOL support for feature enhancement and bug fixes.

Assess third party and open source software

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

At least 4-5 years of experience in developing and troubleshooting on embedded systems.

Experienced in OOP (C++) development and BSP development.

Proven experience in embedded systems design. Experienced in Linux OS and knowledge in real-time operating systems would be an added advantage.

Familiar with software configuration management practices and tools (Bitbucket) and defect tracking tools (JIRA).

Able to read schematics and data sheets for components.

Well versed in Agile software development methodology.

Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
Added advantage if familiar with
MSI products ( Tetra Radio)
