What you will do
Well-verse in project management life-cycle (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing)Responsible to define the overall project plan in consultation / agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholdersResponsible to implement and realize project targets according to the project plan and within agreed boundaries (specifications, quality, timing, costs, information / reporting and organization)Responsible for on time clear and concise reporting and escalationManage all requested changes and execute change management processAnalyze project risks (w. r. t. specifications, costs, timing, etc.) and develop & incorporate scenarios to overcome these risks Define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team across organizations. Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict management.Ensure that relevant quality standards for own projects are defined and met, monitor & controlexecution of own projects
What you will need
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics).5-8 years of experience of project management preferable in semiconductor industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge in project management & people management.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Project Risk management (FMEA)Good attitude in collaboration, people development and solution finding.PMP certification will be an added advantage.
