What you will do

Business requirement gathering/reviewing and solution providingMaintain incident tracking data base for process improvement and long-term solutionTroubleshoot/ Create/enrich ac hoc and daily system IncidentSystem analysis and functional testing, UATProcess documentation include procedure and documentCoordinate among S&P team for integral areas and issue relatedCreate Service Request for improvementProvide user training with key users, monthly key users meetingsMonitoring/reprocessing of Interface errorsProcedure creation and updateAdmin/Incident Logging/monitoring/closureSupport System change Management requestsSupport shipment systems and handle idoc monitoring
What you will need
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer ScienceMinimum 5 years experience related fields. Knowledge and hand-on in SAP is a must, experience in manufacturing / logistics is an added advantage.Ability to work under minimum supervision to meet target and deadlineStrong communication and project management skillsProven skills in change management activities and support end-to-end activitiesStrong teamwork and stakeholder management
