Functions/Responsibilities:
Part of the Technical delivery of both Project and Managed Services to ensure seamless IT Services.
Technical knowledge to understand customer challenges and requirements; and delivery of the services successfully.
Provide technical leadership in Requirements Discovery & Solution Development.
High-level skill in architectural design and technical implementation.
A structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans.
Conduct POC (Proof of Concept), try out and self-learn of new technologies.
Project Implementation:
Deliver or implement projects according to the Customer's technical requirement as agreed in the Technical Proposals/Scope of Work.
Coordinate with customers on new projects and follow through until the project is closed and commissioned to meet the project timeline.
Keep customers informed on the project's development and progress.
Highly customer service driven with excellent planning & organizational abilities.
Daily Fault-Call Services:
Assist in Support Team in performing technical fault isolation or troubleshooting at the Customer's premises.
Required to be on standby for Support Requests.

Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently with significant attention to detail.
Effectively communicates with teammates and managers.
Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, ability to multitask management and escalations of critical issues simultaneously with project management experience.
Technology Competencies and Experience Requirements:
Resourceful, highly driven, and self-motivated with competency and a strong sense of responsibility.
Positive attitude towards continuous learning.
Minimum six (6) years of working experience, with three (3) years in Network Support & Project deployment.
Relevant technical certification from the vendors (Citrix, Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft, Broadcom) is advantageous.
Experience in private/public cloud, switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, security and integration with Services.
Education or Certification:
Minimum a Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent.
Professional Certificate (Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Citrix NetScaler)
Good Spoken & Writing Proficiency in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
