The OpportunityThe Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and attract qualified candidates.
The Talent Acquisition Officer will contribute to ongoing reform and innovation to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
Reporting Line: The position reports to Manager, Talent Acquisition.
