Do you enjoy contributing to business growth?Would you like the opportunity to develop your career with a global energy company?Be part of a team that keeps movingOur Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, including process simplification and operational excellence to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis.Partner with the bestAs a Senior Tax Analyst (Portuguese), you will support and manage the calculation, filing, review, payment, and accounts reconciliation for Indirect Taxes at the Global Finance Organization.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Indirect Tax Lead and working with other Analysts within the regional groups;
Analyzing and preparing all the Indirect Tax calculations from our various ERPs;
Completing the periodic filing and payment of all Indirect Taxes, including ICMS, DIFAL, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and Local WHT;
Preparing the account reconciliation for Indirect Taxes;
Liaising with internal and external advisors to ensure any changes in taxes are recognized, and ERPs and tax filings are updated.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related finance subject;
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Brazilian Indirect Compliance Taxation;
Have knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and Blackline as a differential;
Possess good analytical skills with a proactive mindset, bringing expert advice and problem-solving skills to the team;
