Job Description
TheSenior Test Software Development Engineerwill be based inBatu Kawan, Penang.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do
X86 Linux system assembly (motherboards, drives, NIC memory, bios, etc), OS installation, and SW setup experience (Redhat, Centos, Ubuntu).
Basic Linux scripting and command line usage
Ability to read schematics/layout files and correlate to physical card
Ability to use lab equipment (scope, DMM, thermocouples, I2C analyzer etc)
Effective written and verbal English communications
Knowledge of basic on-board sensor circuits (I2C, PMBUS, SMBUS, UART, etc) and associated firmware SW programming/debug tools
Experience with power/temperature measurements of cards and sensor calibration
Nice to haveExperience with Xilinx FPGAs and Vivado lab tools
Experience with embedded microcontrollers programmed with C/C++
Soldering/rework experience
Here is some of what you’ll need
Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in similar capacity
Demonstrates operations and technical skills and understanding of Flex’s functional standards. Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex’s policies and procedures. Typically requires some knowledge of computerized electronic testequipment and programming
