Details of the offer

Key responsibilities
- Attend to customer’s complaints/queries and perform vehicle walk around
- Prepare job estimates and quotations
- Advise customers concerning vehicle maintenance, repair and any other technical problems
- Communicate with workshop technician to carry out work as per customer’s request
- Follow up work progress and update customers accordingly
- Conduct final inspection and vehicle handover
Requirements/ Qualifications
- Minimum a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Automotive Studies or equivalent
- Possess a valid class D driving license
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and responsible
