Service Advisor

1) To attend to accident and collision repair customers in processing their vehicle insurance claims. 2) Ensure all overdue collision repair debts are being monitored 3) Ensure all documents are in proper order with authorized signatory before submitting to Insurance company and Head Office. 4) Responsible to perform all administration and clerical duties including issuance of invoices, document processing, data updating, record keeping & compilation and effective in controlling the serialized documents stationary and company asset. 5) Maintain good working relationship with customers, in-house contractors, loss adjusters and insurance companiesKulim Topwheels (Alor Setar) Sdn Bhd is an established Toyota car dealer base in Kedah.
