Service Advisor

Responsibilities: -Receiving and attending customers by providing a high standard of customer service. -Identifying and responding to customer's need. -To advise and follow up with customer on technical / delivery / pricing or any additional charges issues. -To prepare quotation and job sheet accordingly. -To investigate into customers' complaints and rectify the problem by coming up with recommendations of possible solutions. -To be in charge of the parts warranty claim (SAP system). -To coordinate with Service Manager / Foreman / Service Operation Executive to prepare TAR or QIR for Technical Department. -Conduct service and repair work in accordance to the Service Order. -Liaise with the Store & Warranty department for efficient parts replacing process.Yu Lee Hong Enterprise Sdn Bhd is a KIA & Haval's authorized 3S dealer.
