1. Greeting, and welcoming customers in a courteous and friendly manner2. Be in charged of the opening and closing tasks of the bar (preparation of tools & ingredients, coffee calibration, cleaning of equipment & etc.)3. Preparing all the beverages upon order according to company standards & recipes.4. Keeping check on stock level of ingredients & informing person in charge for ordering of restocks.5. Ensuring the quality of ingredients & beverages.6. Handling customer request in a prompt manner.7. Ensure equipment are handled properly and cleaned after use.8. Ensure all utensils, machines, floors, table clothes, tables and chairs are cleaned daily9. To sell and demonstrate product knowledge by advising the customer/answering queries and suggesting products to the customer when required.10. Communicate with the team regarding any changes in beverage.11. Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers.12. To be thoroughly informed and updated on menu information including on-going promotions13. Introducing products to customers/assisting customers in product inquiry14. Takes order from customer accurately15. Handling the payment and change accurately16. Ensure the daily sales are tele17. Checking stock of products and ensuring proper stock levels and rotation.18. Backing up other crew members in their jobs, assist in any area to ensure that the food is being prepared, packaged and delivered to the customer in a timely manner19. Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management.Job Requirements:Qualifications & Experience:- At least 1 year(s) working experiences in related field.- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.**Skills**:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Pleasant personality.- Excellent in follow up and detailed oriented.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
