Job ResponsibilityKitchen Crew/Commis Chef/Demi Chef
Plan, direct and evaluate the F&B products and services, daily operations and workflow in the kitchen.
Assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a variety of dishes.
Plan and supervise kitchen operations to achieve business targets.
Maintain food quality and improve processes of existing services.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and multi-task.
Service Crew
Greet customers and present the menu.
Take and serve food/drink orders.
Package food and beverages for sale.
Keep tables clean and tidy.
Prepare the bill for the table when requested.
Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Kitchen Crew/Commis Chef/Demi Chef
At least 1-3 years of proven experience working in a kitchen or F&B industry.
Proficiency in English and Malay.
Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Willing to work at Cameron Highlands.
Service Crew
At least 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service or the Food & Beverage industry.
On-the-job training will be provided.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
Good interpersonal skills, energetic, and willing to learn new knowledge.
Willing to work at Cameron Highlands.
