Service Expert (Dine In)

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:- Minimum SPM or equivalent.- Malaysian only.- Age between 18-35 years old.- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.- Work experience is not required however it would be an advantage.- Able to interact and communicate effectively at all levels.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Serve customers politely and efficiently.- Prepare food products to the correct specification.- Ensure dining areas, kitchen and equipment are clean and tidy.- Prepare all products to the correct standards.- Make sure all surfaces, equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized before, during and after use- Carry out cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.- Comply with all legal and company standards with regard to Health and Safety, fire safety, security and hygiene- Report all hazards and/or concerns immediately to the manager on duty- Make sure all procedures are followed correctly on all workstations by monitoring and coaching- Identify any operations/equipment problems and bring to the attention of the manager- Ensure that products are made up and served using only the specified amounts of ingredients to assist with the control of stock costs- Keep all stock is kept in hygienic conditions and rotated to reduce the amount of waste- Follow the stock level system correctly to ensure correct availability with minimum wastage by self and other staff members**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Holidays- Night shift- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Barista: 1 year (preferred)- Food Handling: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Melayu (required)- English (required)Expected Start Date: 04/08/2024
