Role Summary
The candidate will be the Finance Lead for the Services P&Ls in ANZ & ASEAN region driving growth, owning the Income statement and Commercial finance activities in the region working with leadership team. The candidate will also be driving compliance of all financial transactions relating to the plant and warehouse facilities with the help of Operation Leadership team.. In addition, this position should provide guidance to the Fulfillment and Operational Leaders for V1/Planning cycle, financial decision-making, and controller-ship related issues. In this role, the candidate would work directly with Sales Director, Fulfillment Leader for ANZ and ASEAN under the supervision of the Commercial Finance Leader.
Essential Responsibility
Build regular Operational rhythms for Client Asset Services (CAS) and SWTS Asset Services (SAS) for ES Services P&L around Orders, Revenue, Backlog and EBIT across ANZ and ASEAN
Drive commercial intensity and profitability for the CMS ANZ region
Lead the overall financial planning and analytics for the CMS and ES Service P&L.
Partner with Commercial operations and drive Commercial Intensity along with SalesForce (SFDC) accuracy to provide value added analytics
Serve as a business partner to the Operating leaders to drive initiatives, growth and profitability at EBIT level, delivering on cash targets, robust control on accounts receivables
Own monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for main indicators (units, sales and margin) to drive business performance including risk &opportunities (R&O's)
Own end to end Income statement and closing cycle along and liaison with global team for closing, budgeting and reporting activities
Use domain knowledge to drive process improvements and automated analytical/digital tools
Partner with Fulfilment leaders to drive Cost Productivity, Direct Material Productivity and inventory controls
Manage SMNM inventory and partner with PSI to develop operating plans to identify and mitigate future SMNM inventory;
Conduct “make” versus “buy” analysis
Partner with the operating leaders to drive the development of annual operating plans and estimates (MTP, V1, V3 cycle) for the business.
Conduct annual physical inventories at the production plants; inventory adjustments, analysis and document best/worst practices
Build and maintain FP&A analytics framework in close coordination with colleagues in APAC Region
Respond to client ad-hoc requests for customized data and reports in a knowledgeable and flexible manner
Provide leadership on key initiatives and drive simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis
Adhoc/Special projects as required by management
Qualifications/Requirements
Post graduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
Minimum 7 years' experience in a Finance/Accounting role;
Proficiency in Excel & MS Office;
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken);
Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex financial issues;
Proven excellent analytical abilities;
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
Proven ability to lead and execute.
