#### Position Description: The primary role of the Services Offering Manager is to develop new or enhance
existing Services offerings for our clients. Offering requirements will come
from WW and Geo Marketing teams.
Service Offering enablement will require data analytics management utilizing
the Lenovo Product Development (OPP) processes to announce new and or enhanced
Services offerings. The development projects consist of a cross functional,
matrix team from all areas within Lenovo; customer fulfillment, delivery,
hardware teams, pricing, finance, legal, etc. In addition, the Services
Offering Manager will be required to work closely with our service delivery
partner, IBM.
Primary responsibilities of the Services Enablement Manager include:
\- Part number creation and enablement for traditional and professional
services portfolio
\- Contract enablement for CBSO (Contract Based Service Offering)
\- New offering introduction and lifecycle management
\- Part Number creation for custom offerings
\- Global product matrix
\- Part Number billing validation
\- Monthly Sales-in report
\- Support the adoption and transition to new IT platforms for Services
\- Support the integration of System X and ThinkServer offerings and
enablement processes.
\- Maintain required skills in process and tool throughout upcoming
transitions.
-Experience in Data Analytic is an advantage
#### Position Requirements:
\- Education: Degree or Equivalent
\- Experience:
* Basic knowledge of Services offerings in an - - IT environment
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree
• Language: English Fluent, other languages a benefit
Must be self-motivated, work well in a geographically dispersed, collaborative
team environment, must exhibit a positive and professional attitude, and pay
attention to detail.
Excellent attention to detail and proven ability with standard office tools,
especially MS Excel.
Data Analytics skills including execution of tasks to support projects, while
managing risk and ensuring on time delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
