Requirements: • Possess a minimum of Degree qualification in any discipline (Physiology/Sport Science/ Sport Psychology will be an added advantage) • Required Language(s): Proficient English & Mandarin • Preferably candidate with at least 6 months of swimming coach/trainer experience, However, Fresh Grads with basic swimming skill are welcome to apply) • Passion for sports or competitive swimming activities • Candidate must have no issue to work based at SG and willing to undergo professional swimming training for the first 2 months in SG (allowance is provided!) • High flexibility on work schedule (6 days work per week, 1 day off during weekday; average 20 hours per week but may vary depending on classes). • Candidate must be willing to bare 50% cost for the Stay Home Notice (SHN); Approximately SGD 2,200 need to be paid before joining. Approximately SGD 1,100 is claimable upon joining! • Prefer someone who able to start immediately or within a month notice period. • Candidate with open to learn attitude, proactive and independent with minimum supervision. • Good communication and interpersonal skill. Customer-oriented person. • Possess a good personality with patience and reliable. Responsibility: • To educate students (majority early childhood and primary school children) on the basic understanding of water safety according to the curriculum provided. • Teaching basic swimming techniques including proper positioning of the head, arms and legs, hold breath. • Provide timely feedback to parents on the progress of their child, and record student log • Attend regular workshops and courses to enhance swimming skills. Benefits: • Basic Salary: SGD 2,400 • Variable Allowance: SGD 400 (Fixed) • Working extra hours depending on classes, overall salary can be around SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000 • Free training for the first 2 months is sponsored to acquire Swim Coach License • SGD 300 Accommodation Allowance will be given for the first 2 months upon joining! • Employment Pass will be provided • Flexible working hours depending on classes • Other Benefits: Up to 14 days Annual Leaves (depend on years of service) + 60 days Paid Hospitalisation Leave (including the 14 days Sick Leave)
