SHE Engineer/ Specialist (based in Kuching/Kota Kinabalu)-
15th April, 2024 Purpose of the position To provide support and monitor the compliance of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and practices in line with the Group standards and regulatory requirements. To assist in driving the Group safety initiatives to achieve the goal of world class safety performance and zero incident. To oversee site security as well as manage security at East Malaysia To provide support on the implementation of SHEQ Annual Operation Plan and initiatives. To monitor MHRP (Major Hazard Review Program) license validity and provide support to ensure it is valid To provide SHE related training to workers, contractors, customers. To attend to customer queries pertaining to HSE related issues To carry out accident/incident investigation as and when necessary. To support on directive/ alert compliance. To conduct site HSE walk/inspection/audit To coordinate authority related HSE programs to achieve compliance To attend Site Safety Committee Meeting To analysis of safety performance by trending/statistics To participation in HAZOP study. To promote HSE program such as publication of newsletter, organise campaign, etc. To develop HSE related procedures with reference to Group standard documents To support group/ regional initiative/ program. Risk assessment and auditing skill. Good oral and written communication skills Good interpersonal skill. Required qualifications/experience At least 3 years of HSE related experience. Bachelor Degree in Engineering is preferable Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH is preferable. Apply For Job
