Details of the offer

Job Description Responsibilities Responsible for Import & Export Shipping Functions.
Monitoring and arrange for Import & Export Shipment.
Liase with forwarding agent for ensuring all consignment are properly customs clearance and delivery in timely manner.
Assist in handling Customs issues as it arises.
Update shipment progress to managers and HOD
Coordinate delivery schedule with production department
Assist in processing, sorting and filling of shipping documents.
Prepare and process all the shipping and export documents for all shipments.
Always handle shipping scheduling on timely.
Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by immediate superior
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U?in any field.
Required language(s):?Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
At least 2?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
