This job is for a Shipping cum Sales Coordinator.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure all supplier's invoices/packing lists are updated correctly.
Plan, consolidate, and schedule deliveries based on areas to minimize transport costs.
Prepare Delivery Order checklist for checking and ensure all details are correct.
Email invoices and Delivery Orders to forwarder for delivery arrangement.
Issue outgoing declaration (OD) to forwarder for application for Customs Declaration.
Check and ensure all details are correct when receiving Customs declaration from forwarder before delivery to customer.
Follow up with shipping company to return customers' acknowledge receipt DO for filing.
Email invoices and packing lists to customers upon each delivery.
The position also requires assisting with Sales Coordinator duties upon request as follows:
Liaise with supplier/customer, prepare delivery schedules, expedite delivery, and monitor overdue POs.
Plan weekly/monthly sea shipments for overseas suppliers/customers to minimize shipping costs.
Follow up on reject/shortage replacements.
Monitor inventory to minimize stock levels at all times.
Respond to customer orders/requests.
Prepare sales information (delivery record, costing, etc.)
as required by management.

Salary: Up to RM4000 (basic salary)
Minimum Diploma in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping/Logistics, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Admin.
Hands-on experience in liaising with forwarders for PO, DO, and Custom Declaration.
Knowledgeable in B/L (Bill of Lading), ZB1/ZB2, M1/M2, K1/K2/K3 is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
